Seminar attendees will receive a complete set of notes and seminar materials. These materials are designed to provide participants with an excellent post-seminar reference source.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you registered but cannot attend, substitutions are welcome anytime. If you are unable to find a substitute, please notify ClickInsight or PublicInsite in writing by email (info AT boostwebsiteimpact.com) or fax (416-207-0271) no later than 15 days prior to the conference date. Receipt of your cancellation will confirmed by email or fax. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 2 days of your cancellation request, please resend your request. A refund less 15% service charge will be sent to you by cheque. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after 15 days prior to the conference date. ClickInsight and PublicInsite reserve the right to cancel this conference if it deems necessary, and will, in such event, make a full refund of the registration fee but will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by regist rants. No liability is assumed by ClickInsight Corporation or PublicInsite Ltd. for changes in program content or venue.
